I love witnessing how our life experiences help us become who we are. To have more we must become more………be it as individuals or organizations.

My hero’s are some of my clients. I love seeing how they have taken their struggles, challenges, and at times failures and turn them into their successes. I believe this is how we demonstrate our best as humanity.

I have been honoured to work with people in many different industries and places. I have sat with first nations, CEO’s, front line works, first responders, and top performers in their field. 

I have witnessed people and organizations change as a result of implementing the simple tools and strategies I use.

I believe our greatest resource is us and others. Investing in ourselves and being part of a healthy team is the greatest indicator of long term success.

I live  in Victoria, Canada but also have a deep love and appreciation for other cultures and places in this world.
